As Marketing and Customer Relations Manager for Salamandra Tours, I am responsible for the strategic promotion of our travel offers on the French-speaking market, developing attractive content (website, social networks, newsletters) and maintaining a brand image based on authenticity and respect for local cultures. I’m also in charge of personalized customer care, from tailor-made tour design to post-trip evaluation, guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. My role also involves working closely with local partners to optimize the on-the-ground experience and maintain a high standard of quality.
