    I’m a freelance WordPress Support Engineer and Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people build, manage, and grow their online presence.

    Until September 2024, I worked as a Happiness Engineer at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack, Tumblr, and more, where I supported users, built websites, and solved technical challenges through live chat, email, and forums.

    Today, I continue to do what I love, helping individuals, small businesses, and organizations achieve their online goals. Whether it’s troubleshooting a complex issue, improving site performance, or training teams on WordPress and WooCommerce, I aim to make things simple, efficient, and enjoyable.

    I also run a YouTube channel with over 17,000 subscribers, where I share tutorials and tips on web tools, customer support, and CMS platforms.
