I am a Happiness Engineer at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack, Tumblr, and more. For over 19 years, I have been providing technical support, web development, and training services to various clients and organizations across the globe.

My mission is to help people achieve their online goals and solve their problems with Automattic’s products. I use my expertise in customer support, web-based systems, WordPress, WooCommerce, Jetpack, and other platforms to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly assistance via live chat, tickets, screen share sessions, and forums. I also create and share training videos on YouTube, where I have over 14000 subscribers, and write a blog on CMS-related topics. I work with a global and diverse team of Happiness Engineers, and I always strive to learn new skills and improve my performance.
