Bio

Mitch Canter is the Director of Engineering at WebDevStudios. He is a Digital Strategist, WordPress Developer/Designer, and avid Gaming Enthusiast currently living in Nashville, TN. His passion is using the wombo-combo of modern technologies, gamification, and a ‘story-driven’ approach to help brands and businesses develop their online presence.

When Mitch isn’t making the web a more beautiful place, he’s playing video games, hiking in the great outdoors, or hanging out with his crazy, large family.

WordPress Origin Story

My first WordPress site was WordPress 1.5.1 and a weblogs.us domain. I was in college, and blogging about my ridiculous job as the graphics editor of the yearbook. It all took hold from there.
