Bio

We help companies to take communication with customers to the next level.
We started Smartsupp in 2013. From the beginning, we wanted to build a live chat that could be used by anyone and everyone. Product simplicity and fair pricing were key. Thanks to this, Smartsupp is used today by hundreds of thousands of companies and freelancers all over Europe.

We have previously submitted translations from our own localization team via a personal account, but would now like to do it through a dedicated CLPTE account. As part of this we’ll also ensure to consistently adhere to existing style guides and glossaries, and exchange with the polyglots community about any questions that might pop up.
