    WordPress Origin Story

    I started out sometime in 1999 looking into all the various blog CMS’s that were out there. I tried Nuke, Joomla, Mambo, TypePad, and WordPress. I was in the middle of teaching myself PHP, and I kept coming back to WordPress whenever I would try to create a plugin or theme for one of the CMS’s. Today, I still work in WordPress and love the flexibility it offers.
