I’m a Happiness Engineer and Woo Marketplace PA at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack, and Tumblr.

I fix the WooCommerce problems that keep merchants stuck. I work with PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and whatever it takes to find the root cause. I also review plugin and theme submissions to the WooCommerce.com marketplace and regularly write on https://shameem.blog.
