I work on product at Startise (WPDeveloper) in Dhaka, across Essential Addons, BetterDocs, EmbedPress, NotificationX, SchedulePress, ThinkRank and xSpeed, plus StoreSEO and StoreFAQ on Shopify and ReplyPlex on the SaaS side. Around six million sites and stores run something I helped ship. On WordPress.org I test core patches, help people in the plugin forums, and put in four sponsored hours a week through Five for the Future.

WordPress Origin Story

It all started in 2017, freelancing on Fiverr as a WordPress and WooCommerce designer. Fifty plus client projects, everything from scoping calls to delivery, and WordPress was the tool for almost all of it. In 2021 I joined the WPDeveloper team, first in support, where a few thousand tickets taught me more about our users than any dashboard could, and then in product. These days I help ship plugins that run on a few million sites, give four hours a week back through Five for the Future, and test WordPress core patches when I can.

Product owner across WPDeveloper's WordPress plugins: Essential Addons, BetterDocs, EmbedPress, NotificationX, SchedulePress, ThinkRank and xSpeed. Together they run on around six million sites in 180+ countries. I handle discovery, requirements, UI and UX collaboration, QA, release, and what happens to a plugin once it is actually out there.

Shipped ThinkRank, an AI SEO plugin with an MCP server built in, so an agent can do the work rather than just describe it. Rebuilt onboarding across free and paid tiers using user research, analytics and A/B testing, which cut incoming support queries by 40%.

On the Shopify side I drive most of the StoreSEO roadmap, now 30,000+ merchants and 568+ five star reviews, and took StoreFAQ from concept to launch. Also ReplyPlex, an AI native email support platform.

Everything goes in writing: PRDs, specs, release notes, async updates. I set the success metric before a release so there is a number to judge it against afterwards.
