I am currently the webmaster for the Missouri Pacific Historical Society at mopac.org, as well as retirement community residents’ website in Edmond, Oklahoma.

WordPress Origin Story

After a disability ended my IT career I decided to learn WordPress and offer my services as a volunteer. Having moved from development into management just as web development was going mainstream, I had managed web development projects, but never really done much coding on them. The experience that I did was not on projects using a ready-made CMS. So I decided to learn WordPress to develop some new skills. It’s been a great journey for the last 11 years!
