Bio

Among a host of other online businesses, I setup and help to run Silicon Dales.

Silicon Dales have specialised from being a general WordPress technical agency, into an eCommerce-focused technical agency; a development partner to medium/large businesses, marketing agencies and other business users of WordPress.

Silicon Dales are accredited WooExperts, which means we’re officially recognised service providers to the many, many great businesses out there which run WooCommerce.

We provide technical maintenance and support the high demands of business users running WordPress complex or resource-intensive ways.

View my personal website, which is (very) loosely about being a WordPress & WooCommerce Specialist, at robinjescott.com.

WordPress Origin Story

I created a business while I was at school / university which required a website to make sales. I installed WordPress for part of it. This part won a few awards. I built more WordPress based websites for my businesses. Eventually, other people came and helped. We got asked to help with WordPress based websites by other businesses. We created a company to service this, which has continued to specialise towards technically supporting WordPress-powered business sites.
