Bio

Robin is a tech polymath and autodidact with a rash of academic credentials, BA, MBA and JD, and serial professional lives. Hypertext expertise powers his frontend skillset. Expertise in the methodology of professional work has evolved into digital workplace evangelism. In his hands, information architecture and content strategy and development drive business outcomes for entrepreneurial ventures as well a enterprise titans. He has used, consulted in and taught WordPress for a decade. His sense of humor is his saving grace because modesty would be Trumpian and laughable.

WordPress Origin Story

The 5-minute install story and the quality of the documentation were the two things that wow’d me way back in 2007. Not yet a real CMS, open source WordPress nonetheless had more potential for the hypertext and web savvy than the competition. For my professional requirements then and for the long term, we were a match then and now.
