Born and raised in Colombia. Engineer and business administrator. Hold an MBA and the PMP, CSP and ICAgile certifications.

After working as a program and project manager in different industries –retail, energy, engineering and utilities–, establishing PMOs in three different companies, and being part of the management team who shut down one of the largest government agencies in Colombia, I moved to the US in 2012 and began an immersive Agile journey.

As an Agile Coach, I strongly focus on: 1) building high-performance teams, 2) figuring out what’s next for the companies he works for, and 3) putting everyone on the same page. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Training from the Back of the Room, and Management 3.0 techniques have played an important role in his career.

In recent years, I supported the largest and most important Agile and Scrum conferences -Minneapolis, San Diego and Washington. For two consecutive years, I have presented Design Thinking topics at the Agile DC annual conference, and the largest Agile software delivery conference in Asia.
