Passionate about the WordPress ecosystem, I specialize in technical support and problem-solving. With a solid development and bug-fixing background, I excel at resolving complex issues and continuously learning from client interactions. Currently, at BuddyBoss(https://buddyboss.com/), I am dedicated to delivering exceptional support and driving professional growth.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I actively contribute to the WordPress community. I volunteered at WordCamp Dhaka 2025 and WordCamp Rajshahi 2026, where I had the chance to meet fellow contributors and give back to the community that has shaped my career. I’ve also contributed to a WordPress core release and joined the WordPress Test Release team, because I genuinely enjoy being part of the process that keeps WordPress moving forward — not just using it, but helping build it.

WordPress Origin Story

My WordPress story started the way a lot of people’s do, by accident. I was exploring web development and kept running into WordPress everywhere I looked. Clients used it, tutorials referenced it, and half the internet seemed to run on it. So I started tinkering, breaking things, fixing them, and slowly learning how the pieces fit together.

The real turning point came when I joined BuddyBoss as a Technical Support Engineer. Suddenly WordPress wasn’t just something I used, it was something I worked inside every single day. Plugin conflicts, theme issues, hosting quirks, app builds tied to WordPress sites. Every ticket taught me something new. Somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like a job and started feeling like a community I belonged to, which is what eventually pulled me toward contributing back through WordCamps, core releases, and the Test Release team.
