mw_wp_form_tokenを空値にしても正常にフォーム送信できてしまいます。 改ざんするとフォーム送信できず、トークンによるCSRF対策は正常に機能していました。 別件ですが、「Referer」のチェックはしているのでしょうか？ _wp_http_refererやRefererを改ざんしてもフォーム送信できてしまうようです。
