    WordPress Origin Story

    Before I built themes for a living, I worked in the trades for a few years. I taught myself web design and coding on the side, and built websites on WordPress for local small businesses. Later I studied interaction design formally, and launched my first premium WordPress theme shortly after, now 10 years go. The rest is history.
