es hat möglicherweise schon mit WordPress (.htaccess) zu tun, siehe z. B. hier: https://forum.shopware.com/discussion/35872/shopware-in-unterverzeichnis-von-wordpress-installation-beendet-kann-nicht-aufgerufen-werden
