Kathy Colaiacovo is an Online Marketing and Social Media Consultant.
She is the President at Pepper It Marketing Services Inc. and the Principal at Time on Task Virtual Assistant Services, the arm of her business that helps clients implement and manage their marketing and social media strategy and action plans. Kathy is also the Past President of the International Virtual Assistants Association, the 1st Canadian ever to hold the position of President in the Association’s 14-year history. She is a leader in the Virtual Assistance industry and Social Media Marketing and built her reputation by networking and marketing online.

Her speciality is helping small business owners market smarter by connecting the dots between their business in the real world and their business online.

Kathy also speaks at various groups and organizations and is one of the 12 featured “Matrixx” Experts to private groups working with Bob Proctor, a Motivational Leader and Speaker who was featured in the movie “The Secret”.

WordPress Origin Story

I originally foudn WordPress in 2008 when I wanted a blog for my brand new Virtual Assistant Business. My DIY Website didn’t permit blogs, and I already knew how much it would help me build my digital footprint online.

Within a year, I moved to a self hosted WordPress website and Blog and learned how quickly my skills at learning new things combined with my Marketing savvy, saw me filling my practice within one year. And NOT with Local Clients. People were finding me online! From my Networking, Blogging and Social Media.

75% of my business has always been and is to this day from the US. And locally it is even less than clients in other parts of Canada. I credit my Mentor who taught me how to use SEO to make your website work for you and bring in business. By 2012, I had moved from offering only VA services to having a team of Virtual Assistants and even adding Website Design and Creation and now even SEO Setup Services.

My WordPress Site is the FOUNDATION of my entire Business and that of many clients too.
