The first time I heard about WordPress was in 2012 while participating as a game guide for the game Catalysts for Change: Paths out of poverty organized by the Foresight Engine. You can find out about the game here: http://catalyze.foresightengine.org/about.

Game guides were meant to blog and facilitate the progress of the game. The was no time to learn anything so I dove head first into using WordPress.

At the conclusion of the game, I would set up my first blog https://trustonailende.wordpress.com and start learning how to blog using WordPress.

As time went on, I would get better at using WordPress. In 2016, I would publish my first eBook on the Amazon store and go on to write other books.

In the course of trying to develop my author platform, I would create my first WordPress theme and the rest they say is history.
