WordPress Origin Story

Starting out as a designer and art director started learning to build websites back in the year 2000.
It was very clunky back then using tables to make page layouts.
Looking to build dynamic websites so WordPress was the obvious choice.
Primarily front-end developer and designer with enough php to get me through and a little javascript.
For local development in mac OS environment, Codekit and Visual Studio Code are my primary tools.
Always learning.
