Bio

I’m a Technical Lead with 10+ years leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise WordPress and Laravel platforms. I lead a cross-functional team of five — developers, UI and QA — at Atlassoftweb, owning architecture decisions, release management and mentorship across a 90+ platform delivery track record in healthcare, education, logistics and membership domains.

I’ve generated ₹1.8Cr+ in annual revenue through project delivery, earning Atlassoftweb’s Highest Revenue Generator award in 2022, 2024 and 2025. On the technical side, I’ve driven a 40% page-load improvement (2.0s → 1.2s), closed SQL injection and XSS vulnerabilities across production sites, and scaled AWS EC2 infrastructure supporting a WordPress Multisite network of 40+ active subdomains at 99.9% uptime.

I designed two Laravel platforms from the ground up — Atlas CMS, a modular CMS inspired by WordPress core architecture, and an AMC service management platform — and directed custom Stripe payment gateway builds for clients in the UK, US and Italy, with deployment automated via Redis queues, cron jobs and GitHub Actions CI/CD.

Whether you need a developer to build a platform from scratch, modernize an existing system, or lead a team through delivery, I focus on clean, maintainable code and solutions that actually hold up in production.

WordPress Origin Story

I started my career as a WordPress developer in January 2016 — that’s where it all began. No prior detour through other CMS platforms or frameworks first; WordPress was the ground floor.

What kept me in it wasn’t the ease of spinning up a site — it was the depth once you got past themes and plugins. Hooks and filters, custom post types, theme architecture, REST API integrations, performance tuning at scale — that’s the part that turned WordPress from “a tool I use” into a discipline I wanted to actually master.

Over the past decade, WordPress has stayed one of the two pillars of my work — alongside Laravel — and I’ve used it to ship 90+ production platforms across healthcare, education, logistics, and membership-based businesses, for clients across the UK, US, and Italy. Every one of those projects taught me something the “best practices” blog posts never cover — the edge cases you only find when a real client’s real business depends on the site staying up.

The most recent chapter has been going a layer deeper: building and submitting my own theme, MMG Academy Edu, to the official WordPress.org directory. Going through that review process — architecture, prefixing, accessibility, packaging — from the other side of the platform gave me a completely different respect for the ecosystem. It’s one thing to build sites on WordPress. It’s another to build for WordPress itself.
