I focus on ensuring our clients get the best out of the process of conceptualising their new (or redesigned) website. Communicating with them about what their business needs are, and identifying the website users´ needs is what I spend a lot of time on.

Having worked in organisational and operational management of small and medium sized not-for-profit organisations, I have an affinity to making processes work well for the given situation and everyone involved. Consultation and gaining input from those who will use a website or backend process, and translating these into workable solutions by collaborating with out tech team, is what I do particularly well.
