    Joined WPForms as the sole product designer and have since evolved into a design and strategy hybrid, driving UX for products trusted by millions of users worldwide. Led the end-to-end design of major new features including the PDF and Quiz addons, from early planning and research through to final UI. Built the company's design system from the ground up and played a key role in shaping the UX direction for AI-driven features. Also spent several years leading design for WP Mail SMTP, with both plugins ranking among the top 20 most popular WordPress plugins in the world.

    Correction, the fix above does work. I had accidentally unchecked “save to taxonomy” while testing.
