WordPress Origin Story

Well I don’t like WP, its so hard to editing but i looks nice when its finally finished so I have to learn. But it is so unfriendly interface. Why make it so complicated? Why cant I see what I am doing when I am editing.
Now I have to go in and out from the panel and to the site. So primitive, why cant the editing panel be logic?
