WordPress Origin Story

I have been hand-coding websites in html and css for several years, and I’ve got to the point where I wanted my website to look more professional, and also future-proofed. In my old set-up, to change the main navigation of the site means editing by hand every page on the website, which not only takes ages but is perhaps one of the most tedious tasks known to humankind (I know…. I have done this before….). So that’s why I decided to use WP for my website. I have since set it up on several sites.
