WordPress Origin Story

I started 1999 hand coding HTML table based layouts with notepad and then moved to Dreamweaver and CSS (thanks to csszengarden.com) mixed with some old school PS html exporting (bloated :wink:) as well.

Generally creating websites for myself and a few clients…eventually needed a platform to help manage development and I found WordPress after some research. Decided to go with WP around 05′ because its theme template structure matched how I was setting up my sites but also being OSS helps as well.

Now I am here.
