    I am a Brazilian, Senior Software Engineer.

    DRY is my favourite way to code, also using BDD and Coding Standards. OOP is always better(even though my plugin most popular wasn’t built that way back in 2011).

    Currently, I’m working at Atlassian based in Sydney, NSW Australia.

    I’m more involved with the JavaScript community these days but sometimes I still maintain my WordPress plugins.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I started using WordPress in 2007. It was specific for Blogs and I remember installing plugins to get tag features. Since I’ve used WordPress I became more and more fascinated how it’s easy to extend and re-use.
