At 18 years old, I was already a freelance visual and interactive designer. I am currently the Executive Director at LCFORALL studios, holding a senior management position within this London-based organization, which has branches in several strategic European locations. I am responsible for strategic planning, decision-making, and overseeing the management teams. This role often also serves as a bridge between the board of directors and the operational staff, ensuring that the organization’s goals are met. The role I hold is crucial for turning high-level strategies into concrete plans. One of the key aspects of my role is having advanced management skills and a solid understanding of operations, the common baseline for understanding the organization’s market dynamics.
