    Bio

    I lead North UX to build technology solutions for our clients. We often use WordPress as a foundation for these projects, and write custom themes and plugins to accomplish product goals.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I’ve been using WordPress since 2006 for my personal blog, and dabbled with some theme customizations at that time. I convinced my employers to start using it as a CMS around 2008-2009 and I’ve been designing and building websites using WordPress ever since. Initially visual customizations with custom themes, but over the years begun to build robust client solutions on top of WordPress, incorporating and customizing, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, multisite, headless applications with the REST API, and hybrid web apps that engage WordPress in addition to custom functionality. In March of 2016 I started North UX, specializing in UX Design and Development.
