    I’m a front-end developer, designer and online marketer.

    WordPress Origin Story

    One of my interns introduced me to WordPress in 2006 when I was using expessionengine for a project at the time. He was one of those proud, rebuild the wheel type of developers, ironically. He told me there was this open source CMS and its pretty cool and I should check it out. At the time, any developer that threw the word, “open source”, in anything made me roll my eyes. As it turns out, its been the best tip an intern or any developer has given me since my hardcore developer days. Its freed my time to focus on the online marketing aspects. Thank you WordPress!
