    I am the Japan Partnerships Manager at Automattic. One of my current focuses is helping Japanese institutions conduct Campus Connect events. I was a WordPress Training Team Rep in 2023-2024. You’ll find me in both the English and Japanese WordPress communities. I have experience in higher education, community management, and WordPress support.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I was asked to create a website in 2014. I decided to give WordPress a try, and immediately fell in love with it! It has been my go-to CMS since.
