    WordPress Origin Story

    Started building WordPress sites for e-commerce clients and quickly realized that GDPR compliance was a pain point for every site owner. Existing cookie consent solutions were
    either too complex, too expensive, or locked behind SaaS subscriptions. So I built Consent by KaaTai — a standalone WordPress plugin that makes cookie consent simple, accessible,
    and compliant with Google Consent Mode v2 out of the box.

    3.41.7: re-enable the imprint generator in the free store build (account-free), matching the privacy-policy generator. includes/legal-impressum.php was wrongly stripped from the store build, so the Imprint tab only showed an account prompt while the SaaS page is read-only and points back to the plugin. Company-data form, imprint preview and [kccm_impressum] now work locally without an account.
