    WordPress Origin Story

    I was a successful Sr. graphic designer for a large fashion company, but I wanted more! I began college to get a degree in web design and interactive media. Got my Presidential Award and my 4.0 GPA in my hand and ready for success! I worked with Dreamweaver and Flash and was never told about other CMS. Sure, my sites were OK, but then I found the Magic in WordPress one summer in 2010. I started working in Grand Cayman on their wordpress site and became HOOKED!!!. I get to be as creative as I want without having to consider coding. Hey, I have been 27 years as a graphic designer-How can I give up creativity for coding??? Today, I leave the coding and CSS to WordPress and the fantastic developers so I can be free to do what I do best!. (What’s HTML Again???) lol
