    Bio

    I am chief Impacter at a specialist WordPress only agency called Impact Media. My background is Design & UX. I am a WordPress advocate and enjoy blogging and the freedom it provides me to create and build pages to my website (once the hard work of coding is done).

    My business role with WordPress relates to supporting clients, training them how to use their site, provide guidance on user experience, wireframing and help improve the overall customer journey.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I have been designing websites that have had WordPress bolted in, since around 2008 I believe. Maybe before in regards to websites that required a news facility. Although since 2010 /11 my company has been developing custom themed projects for clients will full WordPress integration. My experience level hasn’t changed, I am not a developer, I still design, but I find myself now more on the customer support and blogging side of things – becoming more or an end user of WordPress.
