    Bio

Hi, my name is Dragan, I am a high-performance, growth focused strategist with an extensive background in sales that includes a solid career as an Executive Manager working for major auto sales companies including Toyota, Audi, Subaru and Nissan; combined with a unique blend of expertise in entrepreneurship, operations management, business development & digital marketing. →As a breakthrough sales performer with a demonstrated history of success surpassing business goals with a focus on customer satisfaction, I am knowledgeable of different sales techniques and channels.

Being energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments, I am recognized as a dynamic sales executive who continuously pursuits excellence, thrives on exceeding goals and expectations, and is excited to transform sales workflows. Even during the most challenging times, I successfully uncover the silver lining to create success for organizations. → Most recently, at my company, I spearheaded pandemic-safe customer service measures to encourage sales while respecting social distance rules. This major transition included online transactions, free home deliveries and secure eSign contracting.

Recognized for having a charismatic and aggressive approach to sales that yields exceptional results every time, I am adept at maximizing overall profitability through tactical planning, performance management and budget controlling. →I also possess a deep understanding and skill set around data analysis and insights, being able to generate tangible business value.

As a hands-on leader, effective at managing the rhythm of business activities, I operationalize initiatives while improving end-to-end processes in order to drive efficiency and scale. As a front-runner, with a goal-oriented mindset I build high-performing teams, by prioritizing development, leading by example and encouraging a culture of success, accountability and growth.

☞ My goal, no matter the organization, is always to increase market share, ensure customer satisfaction, and surpass sales targets.

    WordPress Origin Story

My first platform was Squarespace. I founded a Digital Marketing Agency. After stumping on WordPress while working on my first client’s website, Cannizzo Construction, and correcting his previous agencies’ website – I realized that I was missing out drastically on the full potential and optimization of a website. After multiple tests on the lighthouse by google, I realized I needed to make the jump – glad it only took me 2 weeks to figure out who the master of the craft is.
