I’m Norman Mithika, a seasoned creative wizard, digital expert, and tech enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the ICT, creative, and digital industries. My expertise lies in UI/UX design, using WordPress as my core tool to craft engaging and user-friendly websites that deliver results. I have led various digital marketing, website development, brand design, and digital transformation projects in Kenya, across Africa, and the globe.

Beyond professional stuff, I’m actively involved in the WordPress community. As a key member of the WordPress Kenya organizing team, I actively contribute to building and nurturing the WordPress Community in Kenya.

WordPress Origin Story

My love affair with WordPress sparked in 2012 when, as a college student with a childhood passion for art and design, I sought to create a personal blog. After experimenting with other platforms, I stumbled upon WordPress.com and was instantly smitten. It was the perfect canvas to merge my artistic side with a growing interest in end-user technology.

I spent countless hours building websites for myself, my classmates, and even my university department, all while honing my web design skills and exploring the vibrant WordPress community. Fast forward to today, and WordPress has continued to open doors and connect me with a passionate community of creators. I’m proud to be a WordPress expert, crafting exceptional websites that blend functional with elegant aesthetics and actively contributing to the flourishing WordPress community in Kenya.
