I’m a software developer and SaaS founder focused on making WooCommerce stores fully compliant and easier to run. My work centers on solving real regulatory and operational pain points for merchants, with TaxDebug being the flagship solution.

TaxDebug addresses a critical blind spot I observed: tax calculators can fail silently, and
store owners rarely discover errors until they become costly compliance problems. Whether using WooCommerce Tax, TaxJar, Avalara, or manual rates, calculation mistakes happen—APIs timeout, addresses get parsed incorrectly, and cached rates don’t update.

I built TaxDebug as a tax auditor, not a calculator. It monitors every order to detect errors
that slip through, running seven detection rules to catch undertaxing, overtaxing, API
failures, rate mismatches, and other compliance issues. The goal is to give merchants
visibility and control over tax accuracy—before problems escalate.

My approach is straightforward: provide tools that work alongside whatever tax solution
merchants already use. TaxDebug isn’t about replacing calculators; it’s about providing the
verification layer that ensures those calculations are actually correct.
