    WordPress developer with 10+ years across the ecosystem — from custom development to technical support. Right now I’m focused on the support side: helping users on the forums troubleshoot real problems, not just point to documentation. I care more about understanding the actual root cause than closing tickets fast.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I got into WordPress in early 2009, back in high school, when I built my first blog with it. A few months after graduating, a friend brought me on as a web administrator for a site — also built on WordPress. That was enough of a coincidence to pull me in deeper, and I started learning to code.

    Not long after, my teacher asked me to build an official website for our school. I built it on WordPress and hosted it on a VPS — my first real client project. Word spread, more offers came in, and WordPress became how I made a living for years.

    These days I’m focused on giving back — mainly by helping people troubleshoot real problems on the support forums.
