Travel extensively throughout Uganda and other parts of Africa, as well as to Europe and the United States. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the world and helped me to become a more empathetic and understanding teacher.

Overall, I am a dedicated and passionate teacher who loves to explore new ideas and travel to new places. I feel very fortunate to be able to pursue my passions in life and to help others in the process.

In 2020, during a lockdown when schools were closed, I had the privilege of being introduced to WordPress by Ssebuwufu Moses. He built a platform for us using WordPress, and it was absolutely free of charge. This was a great opportunity for me as I could now teach 20 students (15 girls and 5 boys) who were stuck at home. With the platform, we were able to conduct interactive and engaging classes remotely.

The platform was equipped with various functionalities that made it very easy for teachers to set assignments, conduct live classes, assign tasks to students, track assignments, and even grade students automatically. Additionally, the platform was connected to Zoom, which made it easy for students and teachers to interact in real-time.

I was thrilled to have such a platform, and I was able to teach my students for free. The experience was amazing, and I was glad that I could continue to make a positive impact on the lives of my students even during the lockdown. However, the platform was only able to serve us for one year.

The main reason for this was that we had no more money to spend on hosting and domain. It was unfortunate that we had to let go of such an amazing platform that had enabled us to keep our students learning during the lockdown.

Despite this setback, I am grateful for the experience and knowledge that I gained during that one year. It was a valuable lesson that reminded me of the importance of investing in technology for education. I hope to use this experience to inspire others to embrace technology in education and make learning more accessible to all.
