どうもありがとうございました。 あらためてテンプレート方を確認したところwp_footer()関数を使用していなかった為、必要なJSやCSSが読み込まれていなかったようです。 wp_footer()関数を追加して無事表示されました。

回答ありがとうございます。 テーマを変更したところ、正常に表示できました。 テーマが原因なのは確定したのですが、確認すべきポイントがあれば教えて頂けると幸いです。 取り急ぎはfunction.phpあたりから確認してみようとは思います。
