    Bio

    Hi, I’m Fahad Ahmed – a WordPress Developer and Technical Lead with more than 10 years of experience building themes, plugins, and modern web applications.

    I work across the full WordPress ecosystem, including classic themes, block themes, plugin development, custom Gutenberg blocks, ACF blocks, and React-powered solutions. My background also includes Laravel APIs, WooCommerce, and custom integrations, making me a full-stack WordPress developer.

    Recently, I submitted my first plugin to the WordPress Plugin Directory: Quantivs Testimonials ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/quantivs-testimonials/ )
    This plugin helps users easily showcase and manage testimonials on their websites. This marks the beginning of my journey as a WordPress.org contributor, and I look forward to building more plugins and tools for the community.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I started working with WordPress in 2017, the year WordPress 4.8 “Evans” and 4.9 “Tipton” were released. These versions introduced powerful new features like media widgets, Customizer improvements, and live design previews. Around the same time, Gutenberg was taking shape as a plugin, and I was fascinated by the idea of block-based editing.

    I began experimenting with themes, plugins, and early block development—and that’s how my WordPress journey started. What began with curiosity in 2017 has grown into a full-time passion for building plugins, themes, and modern WordPress solutions.
