Elitza Stoilova is the co-founder and CEO of Umni – a no-code platform for creating and managing AI chatbots by businesses without technical knowledge and skills.
Elitza has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, with an established career up to Marketing Director and General Manager of hotels and tour operator. She has worked in hotels in Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco and has developed her career in the hospitality industry over 17 years on Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (USA). She served as a destination marketing consultant and committee chair for the Marianas Visitors Authority (AdHoc, MVA) for over 10 years and received 2 awards from MVA for her work.
Elitza co-founded Umni while participating in and successfully completing the largest global startup accelerator, The Founder Institute (by Silicon Valley), with a focus on chatbots in 2017.
Elitza is a member of Rotary (since 2005), Founding member and Chair of Rotary Means Business Balkans, lecturer at Software University with the first comprehensive course in Bulgaria on AI chatbots, frequent guest as an expert in national media and speaker at conferences and other public events. Member of the UNWTO Innovation Network.
