エラー①解決 原因：プライバシーポリシーチェックの「承諾確認ボタン」が原因 https://contactform7.com/ja/acceptance-checkbox/ 承諾確認ボタン［acceptance］に、「default:on」（デフォルトでチェックが入る設定）を追加し改善しました。 -

エラー①が解決しましたのでご報告。 Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms無料版は、送信できる総文字数が４KB以内の為、文字数の多い場合に、確認画面に入力情報を引き継げず、エラーメッセージとして届く状態だと分かりました。確認画面には進めますが、画面が真っ白になり、そのまま送信をクリックすると全項目メールタグが入った空メールが届きます。 無料版が4kbに対し、プロ版は5MBでしたので、下記より、プロ版を購入し、有効にしたところ、改善しました。 ※別のTopicで、文字数を聞いている方がいたので、以下参考に： ・日本語1文字：3バイト～8バイトとして、・無料版の文字数：４KB（4096バイト）1文字8バイト換算で、512文字※恐らく全項目のTotalの文字数と思われます。・プロ版の文字数：５MB（5242880Byte）1文字8バイトとして、トータル655360文字入力可。 https://webheadcoder.com/contact-form-7-multi-step-forms/ Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms… -

解決：②（＃2）のお問い合わせフォームから[your-company]といったメールタグのメールが管理者宛てに届く 上記について解決しました。 同様の事象でお困りの方がいらっしゃいましたら、以下参考になさってください。 上記メールが届く状況： 入力画面から、確認へ進んだ際に、入力情報が反映されず、確認画面が真っ白の状態になり、そのまま送信ボタンをクリックした場合、管理者宛てに、全項目メールタグが入った空メールが届く。この場合、送信者宛てには自動返信メールは届かない。 原因： 入力画面での入力文字数が、Multi step formの文字数容量の４KBを超えたため。※詳細：入力画面で、入力文字数が、無料版のリミット4kbを超える文字数を入力した場合、確認画面にテキスト情報を引き継げず、確認画面が真っ白になり、そのまま送信すると空メールが届く。 対処法：Multistep Formのプロ版に変更する。 Multistep Formのプロ版は、1画面のテキストサイズが５MBまで。日本語の場合1文字3～8バイトですので、相当数文字数を入れない限り、容量を超えることが無いと分かりました。 メールタグの入った空メールが届く方、確認画面が真っ白になる症状がある方は、参考になれば幸いです。 -
