WordPress Origin Story

At Eddy Travels we developed a chat widget for websites which anyone could embed by copy-pasting a JS snippet into the footer or header of their website. The goal was to help our partners, various travel organizations, to install Eddy Travels AI travel assistant easier into their websites. And then we saw that they mostly use WordPress and it would be a lot easier for them if we made a WordPress plugin which they can install with a single click and then customize the chat widget as needed. So we did!
