Bio

I am helping teams of all kinds to think better and then execute better. I use proven LEAN Continuous Improvement techniques to help teams achieve amazing results.

Business is more challenging today than even a few years ago. The speed of change, emerging technologies, global markets, ever-present financial pressures, and people dynamics make strategy, vision, and execution nearly unattainable.

I love all these challenges and have witnessed teams successfully tackle all these issues, even teams who were not expected to produce results.

The team dynamic is the future and I love being in the middle of it.

WordPress Origin Story

I found wordpress after having a creative agency build a site I could not edit. I simply wanted to update content on a routine basis. I searched for a user friendly way to post, and a program or provider that would have a proven track record to help publish my thoughts and connect my work and life in one place. I didn’t think of myself as a “blogger” but more as person with a business to share.
Since I started writing in the late 90’s I’ve come to realize, writing is about the reader, not the writer.
I’m always transforming my writing to help others. My first wordpress post was 2014.
I’m interested in bringing years of HR and financial service process experience to BlockChain and am always looking to help.
