Bio

I stepped into the world of WordPress back in 2017 as a Customer Support Executive. Since then, I have been on an exciting journey, assisting and engaging with customers at various organizations.

Currently, I look after the operations including Customer Service at Imaginate Solutions. My passion for meaningful conversations has made my role particularly fulfilling.

My WordPress journey has also taken me to different WordCamps and Contributor Day events. I have even had the pleasure of volunteering at a few WordCamps. Notably, I attended and actively participated in major WordCamps like WCEU and WCAsia.

Beyond my professional life, I proudly embrace the role of a mother to a charming 3-year-old. Balancing my personal and professional commitments is a challenge I embrace with joy.

WordPress Origin Story

My adventure with WordPress started back in the year 2017. Till then there were many ups and downs and I was clueless about which field I will enter into. Right until the end of 2016, I was giving my exams to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) equivalent to CPA.

It was only in the second half of 2017, that I was introduced to WordPress by my husband, Dhruvin. That’s been one of the best decisions I took. Since then there has been no looking back.

It is not easy to shift fields, but when I decided to shift from a Chartered Accountancy background it was with the support of my husband & the rest of my colleagues. And this supportive environment marks my entire experience with WordPress.
