Inclination towards digital transformation motivated her to take the steps ahead and introduce the automation for smoothening companies’ HR processes. She thrived on challenging opportunities and managed media management for Bhagwadgomandal Project, Gujarati’s biggest encyclopedic work. She has played a key role in managing special projects and infrastructure setup.

Deval was rewarded with the opportunity to work with top leadership to design the vision for company’s educational initiatives. She conducted a market feasibility analysis and formulated a strategic approach for the new business in education domain.

Deval Talati graduated from H. A. College of Commerce with Specialization in Accountancy and Statistics and did her post graduation with specialization in Accountancy & Finance from Kingston University, London. She has been chosen as an Ambassador of Kingston University for India. In addition, she has completed her MBA from Indian School of Business Management & Administration with Specialization in HRM and Operation Management.
