We are a fully remote team scattered across the US building Zend, Laravel, and WordPress websites and data tracking systems, and eCommerce stores that have served billions of visitors. We’re SEO experts. We help dozens of marketing companies – they do the design and content then we come along and build out theme, pods, custom post types, information architecture, and custom plugins to support the content. We also host most of the websites we build.

WordPress Origin Story

Many years ago we were building systems in Zend Framework and fully customized PHP code. As our company grew, more clients came calling needing more simple websites. Zend was too much for that so we started looking around. We thought Joomla was the right choice at first but found so many bugs and security holes in it that we abandoned it quickly. We then came across WordPress and instantly were hooked. We even wrote our own framework called Dewdrop (https://github.com/DeltaSystems/dewdrop) to bolt onto the side of WordPress and make advanced plugin development easier. Delta has built 2 or 3 dozen plugins that we’ve reused on client sites and are now working to commercialize those more fully. While that is going on, we’ve shifted our focus to helping more and more eCommerce sites leverage the power of WordPress/WooCommerce.
