WordPress Origin Story

I started using WordPress out of curiosity the idea of a personal website was appealing. I had experimented with Microsoft Frontpage and found it difficult to say the least. I also discovered that I didn’t have the patience for out and out html coding css etc. I also had a peek at blogger but again didn’t really like it . I started using WordPress at version 1.5.
I have seen the platform grow and grow. I have not been disappointed with the progress. Jetpack has added another dimension as it links my WordPress sites to WordPress.com.
I have two main sites one called stefanrasmus.com which these days is primarily devoted to books and travel. The other is sentimentalaboutwood.com.au the focus of this site is primarily my woodworking hobby.
