I entered the advertising business when I was 18. I worked for small and large advertising agencies. Afterwards I started my own communication agency. My description is: no-nonsense creative, multidisciplinary – developer of company branding, (shop) websites, packaging, design of social media and print buyer. I convert words into images. For Anasha.nl I analyze the employer communication of the company, viewed from the (labor) market. What is the textual and visual communication like, how do own employees experience the company and how is the company perceived by the outside world – including the consumer or customer. How and in what way is a company active with social media. Based on our analyzes, a communication plan can be submitted to the employer.
