    WordPress Origin Story

My WordPress journey started 10 years ago, building custom digital tools for clients who needed more than off-the-shelf software could do. Over the last decade as Head of Development at Citcom, I’ve seen firsthand how adaptable WordPress is for businesses of all sizes.

After years of writing custom code behind closed doors to solve client problems, our team decided it was time to give something back. We’re taking the tools and workflows we’ve refined in-house and turning them into public plugins for the WordPress directory, so the wider community can build faster, safer websites too.
