It was not easy for someone like me, born in the early seventies, to learn at the age of forty what any eighteen year old, fresh from a technical diploma, would be able to do with blindfolded eyes. Fortunately, I did not experience the difficulty as an obstacle, but as a strong incentive for continuous improvement, in the spasmodic search for perfection. What initially seemed a limit, over time has become a significant added value: having led and managed for over fifteen years a service company almost foreign to the world of information technology, has allowed me to learn the logic of work and business organization, including structured and complex companies.
